ABOUT
The STEP Scholar Check-In form is a part of an alternative process to complete the program's 1:1 meeting requirement. The webform is the first of two steps a student must do to fulfill the requirement. This alternative 1:1 webform is created in response to COVID-19, it is intended to provide a convenient method in fulfilling the STEP meeting requirement.
DEADLINE TO COMPLETE WEBFORM: FRIDAY, MAY 8, 2020

The webform will ask a series of questions regarding the student's progress for the Spring 2020 semester. The first step in the alternative 1:1 meeting process is the scholar's submission of the webform.

The next step in the process is for the scholar to await the STEP team's response. A team member will send an email response within 3-5 days of submission. Once receiving the email response, the scholar will then read the email.

The final step a student must do to fulfill the meeting requirement is a scholar must reply to STEP's personalized email. Once STEP receives their response, we will record the participation in 1:1 meeting with a STEP staff. All scholar responses should be sent in by May 15th to receive participation.
