Impostor Syndrome is a psychological barrier that impacts students’ experience, and is particularly prevalent among students who are first-generation, female, of color, and/or come from disadvantaged families.This forum is designed to help students understand impostor syndrome, the role it plays in their life, and strategies on how to overcome impostor feelings. This forum will consist of a presentation and discussion among faculty, staff, and students.
